Great experience! I originally thought I would go to a gym to get back in shape doing it on my own so when I was approached by Stephanie, a trainer at the gym, I told myself, "no I don't need a trainer." I reluctantly tried one session with her to quickly realize the importance of learning the proper technique of each machine before going it alone. I believe that everyone should learn the proper motions to avoid injury as well, to be the most effective in each exercise, why waste your time and energy?

Warm inviting staff, all the machines and dumbbells I need up to 150 lbs.
